Settlement Overview
- If you are a Settlement Class Member and you take no action, any ruling from the Court will apply to you, and you will not be able to sue the Defendants for the same issues.
- The Court will hold a hearing on November 10, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. to decide whether to approve the Settlement.
